1.Mausoleum of Cyrus the Great

Mausoleum of Cyrus the Great was build around 340 and 330 BC. It does still exist in Pasargadae(Shiraz). This Mausoleum is made out of limestone rocks. This structure strongly shows the geometrically and aesthetically of the tomb. The shape of this structure has changed over years. Still maintaining a large stone of a four-sided plane  figure at the base (45 x 42 feet), followed by a pyramidal of rocks that continue to up to 7 layer, irregular smaller rectangular stones, reaching a height of eighteen feet, until the structure is curtailed by a rectangularly formed cubical edifice with a small opening or window on the side, where the slenderest man can barely squeeze through. The roof of the building and indeed the structure, is an long limestone pediment. This is one the most spectacular architecture by Hakhamaneshian Empire.

 

 

2.Naqsh-e Rustam

Rustam is one of the most strongest  imaginary, incredible hero that is in Shahanameh book, written by Ferdosy. This amazing architecture is located in Beshapur, about 6 kilometres northwest of the Persepolis. Naqsh-e Rustam is the oldest relief at Naqsh-e Rustam dates to c. 1000 BC. Though it is severely damaged and break down, it depicts a faint image of a man with unusual head-gear and is thought to be Elamite in origin. King Darius I was buried in this place. This is one the most epic structure in Iran.
